Traveling Superintendent

Colorado National Construction is actively seeking two Traveling Commercial Construction Superintendents with a minimum 5 years experience in retail and restaurant tenant finishes as well as ground-up construction. Immediate openings for three projects. Locations include Watertown, South Dakota, Marysville, Washington, and Tumwater, Washington with early May start date. Project duration will be 10-16 weeks.

Additional projects will be available throughout the year in South Dakota, North Dakota, Utah, Oregon, and Washington.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable overseeing the entire operation of the construction site. They should be able to determine and address any risk areas in order to maintain the safety of workers. This candidate should be experienced in communicating project milestones with clients and other parties, and be able to establish a timeline for completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of construction projects
• Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
• Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
• Manage subcontractors and construction site organization

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a commercial superintendent
• Tenant finish or ground-up experience with restaurant and/or retail is preferred
