The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business goals. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success. Communicate project updates to stakeholders and leadership effectively. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Pay Range: $75 - $80The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
