Job Description: We are looking for a skilled FileNet Architect to handle development projects and provide Level 3 support for Enterprise Document Management/Content Services applications, including IBM FileNet, IBM Case Manager, IBM BAW, and Kofax Total Agility. This role requires strong system administration, programming, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. The candidate should also provide technical guidance to team members and have extensive experience with IBM’s Case Manager and BAW products.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of software development experience.
  • Experience in project feasibility, requirements definition, design, testing, and delivery.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.


Required Skills:

  • IBM FileNet administration, development, and configuration.
  • Extensive experience with IBM FileNet, Case Manager, Content Navigator, and IBM Enterprise Records.
  • Experience in patching and upgrading FileNet.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Experience with WebLogic, WebSphere, and Tomcat.
  • Strong experience with Oracle and MS SQL databases.
  • Proficiency with Linux, Unix, and Windows servers.
  • Root cause analysis and issue resolution in production environments.
  • Database and application server tuning.
  • Proficiency with monitoring tools like Dynatrace.
  • Experience with change management tools.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience migrating on-prem FileNet platforms to the cloud.
  • Knowledge of Kofax Total Agility and ICC.
