Pay Range: $29 - $31.25/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the management of vendor contracts, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
  • Maintain and update vendor databases, including contact information, contract details, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings between vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on vendor performance, contract status, and other relevant metrics.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and escalate issues to the IT Vendor Manager as needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of vendor management policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and track vendor compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and other contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with Client Legal, Procurement, Risk, and IT Finance team to ensure timely contract review and processing.


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Key skills; (RFQ OR RFP OR RFI OR "SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT" OR "LICENSE AGREEMENT") AND (CONTRACTS OR "VENDOR MANAGEMENT") AND ("RESOURCE MANAGER" OR "IT RESOURCE MANAGER" OR "VMS ASSOCIATE" OR "PROJECT COORDINATOR" OR "IT CONTRACTS" OR "IT CONTRACTS SPECIALIST")
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, teams).
  • Experience with ServiceNow, PowerBi, Ariba CLM and/or DocuSign is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Acute attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
  • Understanding of IT concepts and terminology
  • Familiarity with contract management, procurement processes, and contract types (RFI, RFP, MSA, Subscription Agreement, License Agreement, etc).
