Job Overview:
The Digital Marketer will play a crucial role in enhancing AMERISAN's online presence and engaging with our target audience across various digital platforms. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset. From social media management to content creation and performance tracking, the Digital Marketer will collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute successful digital marketing campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct social media audits to assess current strategies and ensure best practices are being followed across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, You Tube and Twitter.
- Generate innovative content ideas to effectively market company products and services, including but not limited to videos, blogs, and how-to guides.
- Create high-quality content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand messaging and values.
- Monitor key online marketing metrics to evaluate the success of digital campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all digital channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve digital marketing efforts and stay ahead of the competition.
- Juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Utilize video and picture editing software, such as Adobe, to create compelling visual content for digital platforms.
- Leverage Google Analytics and other analytics tools to gain insights into website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or relevant field; or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management and content creation.
- Proven track record of executing successful organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Proficiency in video and picture editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
