Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and talented Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects and collaborate with a group of skilled professionals. While specialized knowledge in lightning phenomena is advantageous, we are open to training the right candidate who demonstrates strong analytical skills and a keen interest in our field.


Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and components for various projects.

- Conduct analysis and evaluation of facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency during lightning events.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate monitoring systems into larger-scale projects.

- Provide technical expertise and guidance on electrical engineering matters to internal teams and clients.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical engineering and related technologies.

- Conduct research and analysis related to electrical systems and their performance under various conditions.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.

- Proficiency in electrical design software, simulation tools, and other relevant engineering software.

- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Hands On: You will be rolling up your sleeves, getting out in the field and helping in the lab. This is not a desk only position.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of lightning phenomena, lightning protection principles, and related standards is a plus but not required.

- Familiarity with industry regulations and codes related to electrical engineering.

- Experience: Less than 5 years of work experience preferred—we're excited to train you
