Job Description
As a Support Operations Analyst, you will be pivotal in evaluating and refining operational processes. Your role involves collecting and analyzing data to assess current activities, identify inefficiencies, and develop actionable solutions. You will follow established methodologies to test and validate models, prepare detailed reports, and present various alternatives to support complex decision-making. You will collaborate with different teams to ensure that solutions align with organizational goals and effectively address team needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate and improve operational activities.
- Apply modeling and evaluation methodologies to determine effectiveness and identify problem areas.
- Develop, test, and validate models, and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Present and rank proposed solutions, offering a range of alternatives.
- Summarize complex analysis into clear, actionable insights.
- Balance priorities and advocate for team needs based on incoming requests.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines.
Required Experience/Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with SQL and Alteryx is a plus.
- Proven problem-solving skills in previous roles.
- Ability to simplify complex analysis and communicate findings effectively.
- Strong advocacy skills with experience balancing team priorities.
Nice-to-Haves
- Interest or experience in financial technology.
- Familiarity with additional data analysis tools.
- Experience in a similar organizational environment.
