Join our team in Aerospace Industry as a Procurement Specialist 1 based in Madison, Mississippi. In this role, you'll be instrumental in our Supply Chain Department, managing procurement activities with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting source selection and initiating RFQs
  • Coordinating supplier certifications and managing purchase orders
  • Assisting with negotiations and monitoring supplier performance
  • Tracking and updating SAP records for data accuracy
  • Resolving supplier invoice discrepancies
  • Participating in supplier visits and contributing to program review agendas

Qualifications for this position include:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree with 0 years of related experience, an Associate Degree with at least four years of experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of eight years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with suppliers
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours as needed
