Your Subject:

📚 Develop, deliver, and coordinate training on IT applications commonly used in law firms.

🛠 Drive user adoption of our IT systems through engaging and effective training sessions.

🔨 Produce clear and comprehensible training materials and guides tailored to all competence levels.

👨‍⚖️ Provide one-on-one coaching, classroom training, webinars, and more, adopting a flexible approach to suit our dynamic team.

Your Backpack:

🎓 A degree, preferably in Education, Computer Science, or a related field.

⚖️ Proven experience (3+ years) as an IT Learning Specialist or IT Trainer, ideally within a law firm environment.

Bonus Marks:

⭐ Experience with e-learning platforms and learning management systems.

⭐ Understanding of mix learning styles and techniques to cater to a diverse audience.
