Vaco - Boston has partnered with a growing transportation organization on a search for a Payroll & Administrative Assistant. This position will offer support to office and Human Resources staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Report updates, discrepancies, errors, and potential disqualifications
  • Submit pay information to Payroll Manager
  • Maintain pay information in ADP and ensure accuracy
  • Monitor and ensure timely follow-up
  • Build strong business relationships
  • Run accurate and timely reports
  • Research and resolve pay issues or concerns
Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required
  • Two years of payroll experience preferred
  • ADP experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including creating and formatting Excel spreadsheets
  • Professional with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to continually learn and grow with a growing company
