Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to manage relationships with new and existing clients in industrial manufacturing and electric utility. This includes establishing connections as well as comprehending business objectives and staying attuned to market trends. Armed with this insight, the Sales Manager will create sales strategies, driving our business expansion forward.

This person will work closely with Operations, Customer Service, and Marketing ensures that our sales performance is optimized.


Responsibilities

- Engage in frequent travel to customer sites, fostering stronger partnerships, uncovering fresh opportunities, and gaining deeper insights into customer needs (up to 40% travel)

- Identify and pursue new sales prospects while simultaneously nurturing existing customer relationships to fuel growth

- Manage key customer accounts and build strong relationships

- Oversee negotiations on contract renewals

- Utilize HubSpot to track sales activities and performance metrics


Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree

- 3+ years in B2B sales ideally in similar industry (industrial, chemical or utility sectors)

- Able to travel domestically up to 40% of the time

- Ability to analyze market trends and develop insights for business strategies

- Demonstrated success in driving business growth through effective sales strategies
