Embark on an exciting journey with Ozobot as we reshape the role of robotics in education We're in search of a talented Graphic Designer with a sharp eye for detail and a solid grasp of composition, layout, and typography. As a vital member of our Creative Team, you'll craft digital and print deliverables that showcase our products, services, and brand, with a focus on sales collateral, presentations, packaging, and more. Join us in our mission to revolutionize the way students learn with our robotics and STEAM product lineup, infusing creativity and passion every step of the way. 


This position is on-site and requires the candidate to work from our Newport Beach, CA office a minimum of three days a week.


Responsibilities

  • Work on a wide range of digital and print deliverables from web graphics, digital and cloud-based presentation decks, templates, trade show graphics, marketing collateral, and social media
  • Play an essential role in developing new products by collaborating, conceptualizing, and crafting product branding, content, iconography, and packaging
  • Uphold and evolve the visual brand identity, ensuring all design assets reflect Ozobot’s brand vision, mission, and strategy
  • Work collaboratively with a team of in-house designers, marketers, educators, and product designers to develop creative materials from conception to final artwork


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience creating digital & print assets, such as graphics, presentations, and packaging
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design or equivalent work experience 
  • Strong understanding of composition, layout, and typography
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Excellent skills in creating mockups and photo editing and manipulation
  • High attention to detail with experience reviewing printed product samples and preparing final assets for web or print
  • Good digital illustration skills
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt to changes while working efficiently and productively under tight deadlines
  • Critical thinker with strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A portfolio showcasing examples of digital and print work

  • Working knowledge with motion graphics, video content, or 3D
