About the team
This is a product team within the bank's commercial lending space. This team is managing 9 applications that nCino is replacing. Includes 10,000 users across Small Market Banking, Commercial Bank, Commercial Investment Bank. As they do conversions to nCino, he has to manage them in the existing tools.
The business is still evolving in their existing environment, constantly introducing new defects and risks. They still have to make changes to these applications and continue to do development in existing apps, including:
- Credit view
- Ezr flow
- Etrack
- Blast
TOP 3 MUST HAVES
- Comfortable working in agile environment
- Write user stories. Ability to test stories.
- Work with data & SQL
Banking, specifically commercial banking experience
- Looking for an experienced business analyst. Comfortable working on new things. Write user stories, support testing efforts. Have more technical skills, SQL, work with data.
- Working on smaller scale efforts
- Risk and control centered - improve risk and control environments in the systems.
- May be pulled in a little bit to convergence and things across two systems. Having comfort looking at one system, seeing how it works, finding what's common about it, equivalent feature/functionality of that system.
- Help support the system replacement.
