Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, servicing and repairing a variety of commercial and industrial equipment. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment.
  • Respond to service calls and provide timely repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial HVAC service.
  • EPA certification required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of chillers and mechanical systems.
