POSITION SUMMARY

As a Staff Dentist at CCHS, you will be at the forefront of our dental care services, providing preventive and restorative treatments in a community health setting. This full-time, exempt position comes with a competitive salary, sign-on bonus, and eligibility for Federal and State loan repayment programs. You will lead dental assistants and hygienists, ensuring the highest level of dental care and contributing to our mission-driven culture.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide high-quality dental care, including diagnostics, treatment planning, and clinical procedures
  • Supervise and mentor dental team members
  • Engage in community health education and promotion
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of dental services and patient care

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduation from an accredited dental school
  • Active WV dental license and CPR certification
  • Experience in public health dentistry preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
