Responsibilities/Tasks:

·        Develop standardized reports, visualizations, dashboards, and metrics that provide business insights. Construct data sets to analyze, inform, identify trends, and aid business decision-making.

·        Collaborate with internal teams to better understand valuable objectives to design relevant reports and dashboards.

·        Translate complex data reporting into clear, actionable considerations.

·        Support projects using statistical methods, modeling, analytical methodologies, and data analysis.

·        Prepare insight-seeking analyses on behalf of other team members to potentially enhance business, understand ROI, mitigate risk, and/or help increase lead generation and client retention.


Skills and Requirements:

·        4 Year college degree

·        3 – 5 years’ experience working with Marketing Analytics

·        High level of communication and follow-through skills

·        Strong organizational skills

·        Solid math and statistic skillset

·        Motivated and driven by reaching goals and growth

·        Experience with Excel, Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms

·        Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail

·        Experience in Financial Services is a plus
