Summary of Position
We are looking for a Learning & Development Lead to join our Digital Transformation team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering training programs for successful implementation. If you have a passion for training and the ability to drive learning initiatives, we invite you to be a part of our transformative journey. We are looking for a highly-skilled, enthusiastic training professional who is creative, tech savvy, process-centric, and experienced with Oracle Fusion Cloud and specifically, Oracle Transportation Management. In this role you will support multiple workstreams to successfully transition people, processes, systems, and ways of working. As member of the Change Management Team, you will provide your expertise and collaborate on the design, development and execution of the training strategy and plans across the enterprise. You will play a key role in the oversight of content creation, training effectiveness measurement, building standards, coordination with business SMEs on future state functional processes, training administration, and utilizing various training channels and platforms to ensure the successful, on-time delivery of end user training. Some travel will be required for this role (advanced notice will be provided). There couldn’t be a more exciting time to join the Client team and have a direct impact on helping us achieve our vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of end user training materials for early Agility ERP process changes/improvements that will be implemented ahead of Oracle Transportation Management (process maps, step-by-step instructions, user guardrails, etc.); train Agility users on process changes/improvements.
- Collaborate with the Change Management Team on creating the Program Training Strategy, Training Curriculum, Training Plan, and End User Training Materials.
- Collaborate on completion of a Training Needs Assessment.
- Contribute to the development and rollout of a Train-the-Trainer program.
- Leverage best practice instructional design principles when developing content.
- Identify training content gaps based on the training materials our system integrator will develop/deliver; develop training materials in ILT and/or eLearning formats to complete the full Training Curriculum.
- Convert MS Word and PowerPoint learning materials into SCORM-compliant eLearning formats for deployment through the Dayforce Learning module, as needed.
- Upload and test eLearning content to be deployed through the Dayforce Learning module.
- Review and finalize all end user training materials.
- Map end users to defined personas/roles for training course assignments and training communications.
- Plan and schedule train-the-trainer and end user training sessions, manage course calendar and registrations, and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Lead and manage all end user training logistics.
- Closely collaborate with and support identified trainers on the delivery of end user training.
- Deliver end user training, if needed.
- Develop business process maps to directly support learning.
- Draft training-related communications and partner with the Change Management Lead for distribution.
- Iterate on training materials as needed after Train-the-Trainer sessions are complete.
- Manage and track the completion of the Knowledge Transfer Plan.
- Design and document end user hands-on practice scenarios to support and reinforce learning.
- Prepare and manage the Oracle Fusion Cloud Training Environment to support hands-on practice for end users; includes staging data, granting access to end users, creating user IDs, mapping end users to user IDs, developing end user training exercises by role, and making iterations to data in the training environment based on changes to training exercises.
- Participate in Hypercare processes.
- Identify and manage post go live training refresher needs.
- Communicate and collaborate with the program team and other key stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of risks and issues.
- Analyze training feedback and performance/adoption metrics in partnership with the Change Management Team; report on results and create action plans to address gaps and ongoing needs.
- Participate in cloud software release management activities to continuously improve, update, and/or create end user training content.
- Establish high quality standards and lead by example throughout all areas of the role.
- This role requires close partnership and collaboration with team members throughout the business, IT, external service providers, and vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience developing software training preferably for ERP systems, including a minimum of 2 years of experience developing training for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
- Oracle Transportation Management experience highly preferred, or equivalent transportation management system experience.
- Experience creating and managing training project plans/work breakdown structures.
- Proficiency using Captivate and/or other content authoring tools to create engaging and effective eLearning content.
- Dayforce Learning module content administration experience a plus.
- Proficiency using Visio or other business process mapping tools.
- Experience managing Oracle training environments, exercise development, data staging, and user administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and delivering on time.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to present effectively to an audience of individuals up and down the organization structure.
- Advanced Office 365 skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Requirements:
Extensive Experience in Software/ERP Training Design and Development:
- Demonstrate extensive experience in software/ERP training design, development, and delivery.
- Proven track record of delivering effective training experiences to end users in complex software implementation projects.
Extensive Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud:
- Full ERP lifecycle implementation experience.
- Experience with developing and delivering training on Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Experience with Oracle Transportation Management highly preferred.
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
- Exhibit strong analytical skills to assess learning needs and design comprehensive training solutions.

Ability to Travel:
This role will require some travel to Client branches to support end user engagement and training activities. Advanced notice will be provided for planning purposes; reasonable & customary travel expenses will be reimbursed.
