Position Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a high energy Sales Executive, a key player in our sales department. You will be responsible for closing Land Academy deals and driving revenue growth. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, and a relentless pursuit of exceeding sales targets. 

 

Objectives: 

  • Maintain accurate and consistent records within CRM for all customer interactions. 
  • Meet daily KPI's and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets. 
  • Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image. 
  • Communicate the company’s value propositions to all vendors, end-users, and other clients. 
  • Engage with potential members to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. 
  • Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition effectively. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through the entire sales cycle. 
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless member experience.

  • Strong sense of product knowledge and a passion for land flipping, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time; ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent; arrive at meetings and appointments on time.

  • Displays willingness to make decisions; exhibits sound and accurate judgment; supports and explains reasoning for decisions. 
  • Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles; measures self against standard of excellence. 
  • Prioritize and plan work activities; use time efficiently; set goals and objectives; organize or schedule other people and their tasks. 


Requirements: 


  • Microsoft Office skills (Office 365 & Word) 
  • CRM (preferably KEAP/Infusionsoft) 
  • Excel mastery 
  • Knowledge of AirTable 
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferable in an education environment 
  • Typing 35+ wpm 


Performance Expectations: 

  • Initial goal of 20 Member Deals 
  • Minimum of 120 Dials Per Day 
  • Minimum of 4 Hours of Talk Time Per Day 
  • Monday - Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM 

$50,000 + commission
