Position: Support Technician

Not to exceed pricing: $18 - $20 an hour take home for contractor


December 2024 - December 2025 with the possibility of extending

Job Description:

•Assist with administrative tasks such as contacting end-users daily to verify user information, equipment information, location, and to collect software information.

• Update spreadsheets with user information and data collection

• Work with teams to prepare schedule.

• Assist in mitigating and reporting risks.

• create tickets in a ticketing tool and assign them to the appropriate group to schedule computer replacements.

• assist team with opening tickets and creating calendar events

*Basic training will be provided

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding and usage of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Required

• Basic knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365

• Basic knowledge and understanding in the field of Information Technology that includes basic knowledge of desktops, laptops, etc.

• Basic understanding of using digital devices to record basic inputs on software/ applications.

• Basic understanding of working in a ticketing tool to assign and manage workflow.

• Quick learner.

• Work in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be a team player.

• Must be able to meet weekly deadlines.

• Must have good communication skills

Experience:

• 1 or more years in the customer service field

• 1 or more years of software asset management experience minimum

Interviews: Virtual

Working hours will be 40hrs/week, M-F 8am-5pm, On-Site.
