We are working directly with a group at a market-leading firm to look for lawyers with strong EC/VC experience to join its highly regarded practice in its San Francisco office. In particular, they are interested in individuals who are aiming to maintain a 50-50 split between company-side and investor-side work.

The firm is full-service firm, with a significant ECVC practice, which is well known to be a big player in the Californian market. It is highly respected for the sheer number of startups it has successfully cultivated over the past 50 years.

It is one of the top firms in San Diego- though it also has a strong presence throughout the US across multiple practice groups.

The firm is well hedged against dips in the market, and throughout 2023 has avoided lay-offs in the space that some of its peers suffered with. Ranked in the Elite category by Chambers for associate satisfaction.
