About the Pick and Packer Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Pick and Packer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at using technology, possess experience with warehouse management systems, and thrive in a rapid-paced environment. This role is crucial to our operations, as it involves managing the picking, packing, and handling of various packages efficiently and accurately.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently pick and pack items based on orders, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Handle and move packages of varying weights from containers to packing areas.
  • Operate and navigate warehouse management software and tools.
  • Adapt quickly to new technologies and systems as they are implemented.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness within the warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed operational goals.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure the accuracy of inventory and packaging.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a warehouse setting, with familiarity in picking and packing operations.
  • Strong proficiency with warehouse management software and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technology quickly.
  • Ability to handle packages of varying weights and perform physical tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with bulk shipping.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
