Litigation Paralegal

We are a medical malpractice firm for the defense of medical professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. Responsible for ordering and review of subpoenaed medical records, and prepare and complete medical record summaries. Communicate via email and phone with experts, counsel, other law firms. Preparation of trial exhibits, Strong people skills are necessary to work in our team oriented office, as well as the ability to work independently. Attend meetings with office team for planning and strategy. Responsibilities

• Legal fact and basic legal research
• Knowledge of medical terminology a plus
• Assist with case management
• Organize and electronically file pleadings
• Coordinate and schedule calendars

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 2+ years' as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal
• This is an in-person, in-the-office position
