This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a premier company located in the Greater Sacramento area This is an onsite role. As the Project Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in guiding projects from conception to completion and will lead a critical software upgrade initiative. Core duties and responsibilities include:

  • Lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Foster clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, particularly software development units, to allocate resources, troubleshoot issues, and drive project success.
  • Define and communicate clear project goals and objectives to ensure understanding and alignment among all team members.
  • Manage diverse project portfolios, spanning application development, business initiatives, and change management endeavors.



Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years experience in similar role.
  • PMP certification or equivalent certification required.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.


Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $55 to $63 hourly, depending on experience.
