This position will provide software support and maintenance for current company products written in C++, C#, Java script and Python scripts. This position will require an understanding of server management for PBX systems (Asterisk) and servers running on Linux. This position interfaces with engineering management as well as our technical support group.


About the role:

• Create innovative tools to support and develop business needs.

• Integrate internal and external software platforms to manage product work orders, maintain current and create new products, and manage customer needs.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for software built for the company by external software firms and/or former employees.

• Continually improve current programs and develop new programs based on business development needs and customer requirements.


Good to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or other related field preferred.

• Prior 7+ years professional experience, extensively with C++, Java Script, C# and Python, with a high level of proficiency or 5+ years with a Masters Degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Experience of server management for PBX systems (Asterisk), JSON, MongoDB, Docker, XML, MQTT, Flask, RabbitMQ, Mailsite, Linux server, Windows CE, Jira, Bitbucket, Server Cybersecurity Management is a huge plus.

• Operate with a security and reliability-first mindset.

• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities
