Product Management Specialist (Onsite)Product Development | Cross-Functional Enablement | Hardware + SoftwareWe are looking for a Product Management Specialist to support and drive our product organization through execution, coordination, and internal enablement. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, technically curious, and enjoys working across multiple departments to bring products to market successfully.This is an onsite, hands-on role that combines product development project management, internal training, and day-to-day product support for teams such as Engineering, Production, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.What You’ll DoProduct Development & Project ManagementSupport and help manage product development projects from concept through launchTrack timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across hardware and software initiativesCoordinate across Engineering, QA, Operations, and Supply Chain to keep projects movingHelp ensure requirements, changes, and decisions are clearly documented and communicatedAssist with prototype reviews, pilot runs, testing coordination, and launch readinessInternal Training & EnablementDevelop and deliver product training for internal teams (Sales, Customer Support, Operations, Marketing)Help create and maintain product documentation, including internal guides, FAQs, and training materialsAct as a go-to resource for internal teams on product features, use cases, and positioningSupport onboarding of new employees with product knowledge and system understandingCross-Functional SupportWork closely with Production and Operations to support manufacturability, BOM changes, and product updatesSupport Marketing with product information, feature explanations, and launch coordinationSupport Sales and Customer-facing teams by answering product questions and clarifying applicationsHelp gather and organize feedback from the field to inform product improvementsWhat We’re Looking For3–7+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or technical coordination rolesExperience supporting or managing product development projectsComfortable working with hardware and software productsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work across departments and translate between technical and non-technical teamsPractical mindset—you enjoy helping teams execute, not just define ideasExperience in IoT, access control, security, or physical products is a plusWillingness to work onsite and collaborate closely with teams day-to-dayWhat This Role Is (and Is Not)Execution-focused and cross-functionalSupports product development, training, and internal enablementHigh-visibility, high-impact role in a growing companyNot a pure strategy or senior product ownership roleNot a passive documentation or admin positionWhy Join UsWork on the fastest growing product categories in the industryWork on real products that ship and are installed in the fieldBroad exposure across product, engineering, operations, sales, and marketingOpportunity to grow into Product Development Manager and Product Director rolesCollaborative, supportive environment where your work directly impacts the business
