Ultimate Staffing is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join a growing Manufacturer in Irvine, CA. This position plays a key role in the smooth operation of our warehouse, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and distribution of goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Location: Onsite, Irvine

Employment Type: Full Time, Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary: $19 - $22 hourly ( DOE)

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Receive, unload, and store incoming shipments. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and verify products for accuracy, quality, and condition.
  • Operational Efficiency: Organize warehouse space and maintain a clean and orderly environment.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of inventory, shipments, and transactions using inventory management software.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to meet warehouse goals and objectives.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems a plus (e.g., SAP, WMS).
  • Certification or experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment a plus.
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
