The following position at Maintain is a Social Media Producer. We are seeking a passionate and talented Social Media Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be deeply immersed in the world of social media, possessing a keen eye for storytelling and visual aesthetics. They should be proficient in various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with a strong understanding of their respective algorithms and best practices. Whoever is hired for this position will be responsible for the following tasks:


Social Media Manager Description


As a Social Media Producer, we’ll look to you for the following: 

  • Create compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to videos, graphics, and photography.
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars and strategies in alignment with clients' goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and produce creative content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Organize and lead content creation days, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating shoots.
  • Film and edit videos using video editing software, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Design graphics and images using tools like Adobe Lightroom, Canva, and other graphic design and photo editing software.
  • Capture and edit photography for social media posts.
  • Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all social media channels, elevating clients' online presence and driving engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving social media trends, tools, and platforms, making recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Engage on social media for clients who participate in Maintain’s “engagement add-on”
  • Will understand analytical data that pertains to social media
  • Will help with monthly and weekly reporting 
  • Inbound & social media certified

  • Experience in social media analytics
  • A portfolio of social media management for clients in different industries
  • Experience with social media engagement
  •  1 or more years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with a strong understanding of each platform's unique features and capabilities.
  • Experience using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proactive and self-starting approach to work.
  • A passion for social media and digital marketing, with a desire to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to create visually appealing content that drives results.
