Job Title: AI Researcher/ Machine Learning Scientist

Alsym Energy is seeking a world-class AI Expert with a profound understanding of the mathematical foundations of AI, deep learning, and predictive modeling. Candidates should hold either a master's or PhD in AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. The position entails working collaboratively with a diverse, interdisciplinary team to apply AI and ML technologies across a range of applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement advanced AI and machine learning models to solve complex problems and optimize outcomes.
• Employ deep learning, predictive analytics, time-series forecasting, and other AI methodologies to analyze and interpret large datasets, revealing valuable insights.
• Engage in collaborative projects, integrating AI-driven solutions to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
• Remain actively engaged with the latest AI research, adopting and exploring new techniques and methodologies to improve predictive capabilities.
• Communicate findings, progress, and insights to internal teams, enhancing the collective understanding of AI applications across various domains.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
• A solid foundation in AI mathematics, including statistical analysis, probability, and linear algebra.
• Extensive experience in developing and deploying deep learning models, along with predictive analytics and time-series forecasting.
• Proficiency in key programming languages and frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with the capacity to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Familiarity with material science and a demonstrated ability to apply AI techniques to material development and characterization.
• Experience in handling large, complex datasets and leveraging computational platforms for data analysis.
• Proven track record of innovation in AI, evidenced by patents, keynote presentations, or significant contributions to major projects.
