Ideal Person: Highly Analytical, People Person, experience in Legion Generated Data, SQL/SSAS, and/or Tabeau or Looker


Key Responsibility 1:

Monitor and Manage daily Lead Generator traffic to ensure proforma volume and cost goals are achieved. Perform continuous monitoring of all the Lead Gen campaigns to ensure each provider is operating within an acceptable range of metrics including volume, cost and conversions. Perform analysis on historical data to identify volume trends over the weeks, months and years and make volume predictions for the client and stakeholders. Work with lead providers and affiliates to create and regularly optimize web traffic campaigns based on performance parameters so that monthly loan productions targets are achieved within budgeted costs


Key Responsibility 2:

Perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis using Looker and SQL to find opportunities to lend loans in untapped markets. Set up and test run campaigns with custom schedules, criteria and filters to collect data and perform analysis on different sets of new consumers. Provide Monthly Lead Gen packets for the portfolios for client reporting. Communicate daily, weekly and monthly with LG providing reporting data to optimize campaigns. Develop, Schedule and Maintain alerting reports in Looker for different teams and Lead Providers


Key Responsibility 3:

Perform quality analysis on Legion Generated traffic to determine if certain affiliate providers need to be optimized or paused. Perform weekly performance calls with LG providers reviewing performance data and coming up with solutions to solve for additional quality traffic such as campaign by day/time, ping tree price points, internal filters, etc. Create and Maintain new LG and sub-tiers within the lead management systems along with maintaining reported costs, operation times and system keys and evaluate performance of the new tiers and perform analysis to make any required adjustments. Review default rates and rescinds periodically to ensure they are within range and if required take measures to align with company goals

Design, build and maintain processes needed to improve product team performance


Key Responsibility 5:

Spot manual processes within the business and develop a automated processes that will help us scale


Key Responsibility 6:

Develop tools & dashboards to support various product team programs/projects, keeping watch and making recommendations on development of core KPI's


Key Responsibility 7:

Build, Create, Schedule and Maintain Looker reports and dashboards for different teams, stakeholders and the client on Lead Gen, Contact Center, Compliance, Production Support and other requirements. Develop complex SQL Queries using MS SQL Server Management, Data Warehouse and other enterprise databases, to evaluate product performance, get insights into the data and recommend solutions. Create analytical data reporting and data visualizations in Looker and Microsoft Excel, perform statistical calculations, interpret results and help business take informed decisions and answer business questions. Develop SAS code in SAS Studio and set to auto-export output into MS Excel to execute complex custom repetitive reporting requirements at much higher efficiency. Create conversion funnels using tools like Heap Analytics and FullStory, to track customer traffic and conversion at customer touch points in the application process flow. Develop and Maintain dashboards and reports for periodic monitoring of the monthly budgets of the cost, cash flow, revenue and loan production targets.


Key Responsibility 8:

Develop reporting dashboards and query customer data within Five9 and Zendesk tools to measure customer interactions for operations improvement and facilitate automation. Provide executives with daily and periodic metrics and statistical data on product/project performance to help ensure business goals are achieved. Identify metrics and perform data analysis on business proposals, ideas, before-after analysis, KPIs and A/B Testing to ensure product/project success measures are met. Create and Provide analytics on different product features to support projects on the product roadmap. Analyze historical and current data to identify trends and patterns, to identify impact of system issues and help business with data-driven predictions and estimations. Work closely with business stakeholders, Scrum teams, Business Intelligence, call-center supervisors, C-Suite to help determine and run metrics to measure product performance and KPIs

Identify and report any data issues to the appropriate teams to fix data discrepancies that may exist in databases, Looker, Data Warehouse and Snowflake. Run data analysis and monitoring after core deployments to make sure conversion funnels and volume is not impacted


Key Responsibility 9:

Perform bug analysis to analyze the impact of bug to help prioritize core backlog and sprints. Perform analysis on below threshold redirect rates to ensure lead providers are not overpaid. Perform exploratory and causal analysis regularly to find and fill-in the potential gaps in application and technical processes. Perform cross portfolio analysis to investigate cross pollination and to compare scope of improvement in any of the portfolios. Create and run reports to assist with attribution project for Marketing team. Train and Assist team members with understanding of data, databases, processes, tools and reporting. Follow scrum methodology, writing user stories, planning and grooming product backlog.


Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.


Required experience:

• Minimal 5 years’ experience in business analysis or related field

• Applied and documented analytical and conceptual thinking within previous work environments

• Strong experience in user testing and technical project management


Technical skills / abilities:

• Knowledge of programming and query tools such as SQL

• Ability to analyze data, build dashboards and reporting using analytical tools to answer business questions

• Experience configuring and operating various systems and software tools

• Ability to influence and work closely with stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions

• Practice application ability with Microsoft applications like Word, Excel and Outlook

• Looker experience preferred
