Our entrepreneurial culture combines agility and innovation with sophisticated technology and operations that rival the largest e-commerce companies.About the RoleWe're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Logistics & Operations Coordinator to support our growing logistics and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn how products move from purchase order to warehouse to customer—and who wants hands-on exposure across logistics, operations, purchasing, and marketing.You'll play a key role in supporting bed and bedding logistics, coordinating warehouse activities, managing data and documentation, and collaborating with multiple teams across the business. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role with real opportunity to grow into more senior logistics or operations positions.This role is positioned as execution-first, learning-rich.Cross-functional exposure is a feature, not scope creep. You'll have clear accountability with room to grow into logistics, operations, or supply chain management as you develop your skills and demonstrate ownership.ResponsibilitiesLogistics & Data SupportEnter and maintain shipment, order, and inventory data in internal systems with high accuracyAssist with tracking inbound and outbound shipments and delivery timelines across multiple carriersSupport documentation for domestic and international shipmentsHelp monitor logistics issues and escalate delays or discrepancies as neededMaintain organized records related to shipping, receiving, and inventory operationsWarehouse & Operations CoordinationAssist in setting up projects for picking, packing, and shipping within the warehouseCoordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on timeSupport basic scheduling for inbound and outbound shipmentsHelp maintain organized records related to warehouse operations and logistics workflowsEnsure smooth daily execution of warehouse and fulfillment operationsCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with the purchasing team to support inbound product flow and inventory needsCollaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth daily executionPartner with the marketing and creative team on product launches, samples, and timelinesCommunicate clearly across teams to keep projects moving forwardSupport coordination between operations, logistics, purchasing, and brand teamsProcess & Improvement SupportHelp document processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiencySupport reporting related to logistics, inventory, and operations performanceTake on special projects that expose you to different parts of the businessContribute ideas for streamlining workflows and reducing manual workLearn and adapt to new tools and systems as the business scalesQualificationsCore QualificationsRecent graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years experience)Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with dataComfortable with basic data entry and working in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)Strong attention to detail and follow-throughPersonal QualitiesQuick learner who enjoys juggling multiple priorities and adapts quickly to new systemsStrong communicator who's comfortable working with different teams and levels of the organizationCurious and proactive—excited to take ownership rather than wait for instructionsExecution-focused with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneouslyWillingness to work in a hands-on, operational environmentBonus QualificationsInternship or coursework related to supply chain, logistics, or operationsExposure to warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory systemsInterest in learning about international shipping and freight logisticsSpanish/English bilingual (highly valued for coordinating with warehouse teams and operations partners)Experience with project management or collaboration toolsPay Range and Compensation PackageCompensation Range: $50,000 - $65,000 (based on experience, systems comfort, and ownership demonstrated)Equal Opportunity StatementNote: Most operations team members are Spanish-speaking, creating an inclusive and diverse operational environment.
