Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design and execution of civil infrastructure projects, including stormwater management, roadway design, and utility planning.
• Perform engineering design, feasibility assessments, and technical analysis for a variety of municipal projects.
• Oversee the preparation of construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Serve as a key client liaison, fostering strong relationships with municipalities and regulatory agencies while identifying opportunities for growth.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers, guiding their professional development.
• Conduct field investigations and provide oversight during construction to ensure quality control.
• Contribute to business development efforts by preparing proposals and participating in client presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 5-15 years of relevant experience in civil/municipal engineering, with a proven track record of successful project management.
• Expertise in municipal infrastructure design, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Experience in business development and client relations is a plus.
