Job Summary:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of purpose-driven ERP solutions built on the NetSuite platform. You will work closely with product managers, support, implementations, sales, and your fellow engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions. Your expertise in software development, along with your experience working with NetSuite and/or other similar ERP systems, will be crucial in helping us drive innovation and continue to deliver exceptional value to our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Crafted ERP & NetSuite Development: Develop and optimize NetSuite ERP solutions for beverage manufacturers. This includes working with SuiteScript & SuiteCloud Development Framework as well as a variety of other frameworks and platforms (mobile, etc.) as necessary to meet business needs.
  • Architecture & Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, efficient, and reliable software architectures that support business requirements.
  • Technical Problem Solving and Leadership: Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting support to resolve complex system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing guidance on coding best practices, NetSuite-specific development techniques, and system architecture.
  • Quality: Write unit tests and perform code reviews to ensure high-quality software deliverables.
  • Documentation: Documentation of Crafted processes using LucidCharts, ZenDesk Guide, and other appropriate tools.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in ERP development, NetSuite updates, and the broader technology industry to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our software solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, support engineers, implementation consultants, and fellow engineers to understand requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver solutions that efficiently meet business goals.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years of experience working with NetSuite (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBundler, SDF).
  • NetSuite Developer Certifications (e.g., NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in SuiteScript 2.0.
  • Experience with NetSuite customization (forms, records reports, dashboards, and saved searches).
  • AI integration experience. Preferably working with LLMs and RAG configurations for text and language processing
  • Mobile development experience, including React Native.
  • Familiarity with various API technologies and web services for integrating external systems with NetSuite.
  • Experience in object-oriented programming (OOP), web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS), and database management (SQL, MySQL, or similar).
  • Knowledge of ERP system architecture and best practices.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience or understanding of ERP needs in manufacturing, specifically in the beverage manufacturing sector, is highly desirable.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including non-technical stakeholders.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
