Roles Available:

Project Manager

Take ownership of individual projects, ensuring efficient execution and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading preconstruction efforts with estimating teams.
  • Managing subcontractor procurement and contract agreements.
  • Monitoring project schedules and progress.
  • Handling submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Enforcing safety and quality compliance on-site.

Senior Project Manager

Lead multiple projects and mentor a team of 3–5 Project Managers or Engineers while overseeing overall project performance. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to project teams.
  • Establishing strong relationships with stakeholders to secure future opportunities.
  • Managing budgets, schedules, and monthly cost projections across projects.
  • Representing the company in client meetings and project discussions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Project Manager: Minimum of 5 years managing commercial construction projects.
  • Senior Project Manager: Minimum of 10 years managing large-scale projects, including hospitality, office, and municipal builds.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to mentor and lead project teams effectively.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in project management platforms (Procore preferred) and scheduling software.
  • Strong Communication: Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and lead discussions confidently.
  • Multi-Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across various stages.
