Vice-President of Value Based Care Transformation Who is: an Analytical Future Thinker

Position Overview:

  • Work Hours: Full-Time, Monday – Friday 8:00 am - 5:00pm. Hours may vary.
  • Location: Downers Grove, IL – Hybrid.

Duly is seeking a Vice President of Transformation who is a highly motivated, visionary leader with proven ability to guide organizations through strategic initiatives that drives the evolution of value -based care. This individual will be a champion for cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, change management and ensuring successful execution of value-based care strategies at Duly.

How will you deliver the extraordinary:

Leverage your visionary and future thinking capabilities to develop and execute VBC strategic initiatives.

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with the organization’s value-based care goals.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define and prioritize transformation objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance patient outcomes and reduce costs.

Stand out as a confident leader who drives the culture and hardwiring excellence with earnest effort and collaboration.

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate organizational transformation.
  • Foster a culture of adaptability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams as they navigate through change.

Demonstrate your ability to successfully lead projects from inception to completion.

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformational projects and programs.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Implement project management best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Oversee VBC projects as an innovative thought partner.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gain alignment on transformational goals.
  • Facilitate communication and engagement with diverse teams across the organization.
  • Build strong relationships with key influencers and decision-makers.

Showcase your data-driven, decision-making skills to impact change.

  • Utilize data analytics and insights to inform strategic decisions and measures the impact of transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to identify key performance indicators and success metrics.
  • Monitors and measures the effectiveness of changes and makes recommendations to further efforts in attainment of goals.
  • Identifies the key metrics that will drive decisions and aid in evaluation of actual to projected.

Spearhead training and development.

  • Develop training programs to build the capabilities of teams involved in transformation initiatives.
  • Provide education and resources to support staff in adapting to new processes and workflows.
  • Ensure programs success, develop and implement interventions when falling short
  • Manage team of 1-3 FTEs.

Type of Experience:

  • plus years relevant experience to include: Value-based care, consulting firm, and operations experience.
  • degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration or a related field.

Core Competencies:

Proven track record of delivering operational results in a matrixed environment.

  • Deep understanding/proven experience in healthcare analytics and reporting, preferably in value-based care.
  • Proven experience leading transformational initiative in a healthcare or value-based care setting.
  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to drive projects to successful completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence and inspire others.
  • Knowledge of value-based care principles, healthcare operations, regulatory requirements.
  • Strategic thinker, project management expertise and ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Advanced Microsoft office suite skills.
