Ping/SSO Engineer

Large Banking Client

18 month contract

Hybrid – 3x/week onsite in Jacksonville, FL


W2 contract opportunity


Top Requirements:

  • Engineer or Admin background (5+ years experience)
  • Worked with Ping (SSO authentication device) - PingFederate, PingAccess
  • Strong understanding of how PingFed and PingAccess runs on servers, where the files are located, etc.
  • Extensive experience with policy creation and policy fragments
  • Worked with Jar files, XML files on a server



Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • The team uses Ping as their software device for log in/authentication
  • They are moving to containers and doing segmentation
  • This resource will re-design and re-architect all the policy trees. Create the library of policy codes to utilize the fragments rather than rewriting the policies from scratch in the future.
  • This resource will create the SSO policies around Ping.
