We're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Paralegal to play a pivotal role in our Finance and Accounting team. Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, you'll be the driving force behind managing our legal processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take the Lead: Transition key legal administrative tasks currently handled by the Chief Administrative Officer to streamline operations.
• Handle Transactions: Process and finalize paperwork for various transactions, including equity and debt financings, unit options, profits units grants, and more.
• Corporate Matters: Serve as a vital point of contact for important corporate documents like Asset Purchase Agreements and Stock Purchase Agreements.
• Governance Pro: Proactively monitor and coordinate Board of Directors governance requirements and stay closely aligned with the Cap Table.
• Diverse Tasks: Dive into a range of legal-related responsibilities as they come up, always ready to tackle new challenges.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 7+ years of experience as a paralegal with a strong background in project management and records management. Accounting experience is a plus
• Skills: Stellar organizational abilities with a knack for prioritizing and multitasking. You’re a self-starter who thrives under minimal supervision.
• Work Ethic: A proactive, time-efficient individual who meets deadlines and handles detail-oriented tasks with precision.
• Interpersonal Skills: Confidently interact with senior management and maintain effective relationships with department staff, associates, and external partners.
• Team Player: Enthusiastic and willing to pitch in wherever needed, with a strong bias toward action and continuous learning.
