Postema Capital Lending is a family-owned loan consultant agency. We are seeking dependable, experienced Loan Originators to join our continually growing team.


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • State of Ohio MLO License (Michigan and Indiana a plus)
  • 3 years loan originating experience
  • Organized and proactive
  • Detailed oriented and motivated
  • Ability to be compliant with Federal and State law
  • Efficient personal and on-the-phone client skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, resulting in the ability to interact with all levels of employees within the organization.
  • Strong desire to excel in a competitive environment.
  • Self-Starter
  • No need to be micro managed
  • Unlimited growth potential


This is a commission-based position. Unlimited earning potential.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, with evening and weekend availability.
