Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney at Lee Law Firm, LLC. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling bankruptcy cases, providing legal advice to clients, conducting research, negotiating with creditors, and representing clients in court. The Associate Attorney will also be involved in drafting legal documents, such as bankruptcy petition, schedules and motions, and communicating with clients to guide them through the bankruptcy process.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of bankruptcy law
- Experience in legal practice
- Ability to provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar of Texas or ability to become admitted within a reasonable timeframe
- Admission to Federal Bar in each Texas District a positive
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
