Ideal Candidate:


The ideal candidate is an Engineer first and Analyst second. You must have the proven ability to generate conceptual designs in response to complex performance specifications, analytically validate those conceptual designs using modern Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) software and present the results of those efforts in a clear and concise manner via technical presentations and reports to Wartech’s customers.


Job Skills:


  • Hands-on application of technical analysis and engineering skills including FEMAP, Nastran, Creo and other engineering software packages.
  • Practical hands-on experience and the ability to translate that experience into reliable design intuition and interpretation of analysis results critical to supporting Wartech’s customers.

Job Requirements:


  • Must be a US Citizen or "US Person" in accordance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
  • 3-10 years of work experience in mechanical engineering using finite element analysis, solid modeling, and predictive analytical tools.
  • Education: undergraduate degree in either mechanical or aerospace engineering. (Master’s or PhD-level graduate work or degree is preferred)
  • Preferred experience with a military or aerospace engineering environment, particularly in applying military standards and designing in compliance with military performance specifications.
  • Proven experience interacting with customers directly in a presentation or technical reporting capacity.
