Job Description: As an HR Associate you will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of our workforce. You will work closely with the HR team and other departments to uphold our company values and promote a positive employee experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Onboard new employees, conduct orientations, and facilitate the completion of necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in our HRIS system.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Administer employee benefits and assist with inquiries related to compensation and policies.
  • Address employee concerns and escalate issues as necessary to ensure resolution.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or related roles or internship experience
  • Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
