*Senior Living Leasing Director (Sales/Marketing)* - Glastonbury, CT


LeaderStat is partnering with one of the largest senior living providers in New England who is seeking a Leasing Director for one of their vibrant senior living communities in Glastonbury, CT. This company puts a premium on customer service and hospitality.


The Leasing Director role is all onsite, internal sales/marketing. This person will be guiding families through the process of deciding on their new home, while also developing strong professional relationships in the target market that leads to qualified referrals to the community.

Qualifications:

  • MUST HAVE Senior Living sales and marketing experience (lease-up experience is preferred)
  • Documented measurable accomplishments (KPI's)
  • Excellent customer service skills (hospitality specialist)
  • Proficient computer skills and in usage of CRM application
  • Solid tenure with current and previous employers
