What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a Sr. Technical Team Lead/Program Manager to join our engineering team. The Technical Lead is the driving force behind the delivery of technical solutions. Working with the stakeholders by guiding the selection and implementation of appropriate tech and integration solutions. The Tech Lead ensures that solutions meet the business needs and works with the tech team to make sure solutions are secure, accurate, and maintainable.


Responsibilities

  • Understand the application development life cycle and leverage the ability to apply it to existing and future application development. Overseeing the entire lifecycle of complex projects from inception to implementation
  • Promote can -do attitude, engineering mindset and collaboration as fundamental team values
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and provide thoroughly explain potential solutions
  • Hands on development of application set, code review and guide other engineering team members
  • Management / leadership of day to day development and support of applications
  • Ensure that software development schedule and timeline is in alignment with business and implementation goals and requirements, and make adjustments to meet business goals when necessary
  • Demonstrates great communication skills and initiative to solve problems and convey solutions to peers, architects, and product owners
  • Be hands on and be able to evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends and best practices that can be used to strengthen our technology platform and development practices.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines and budgets for all initiatives
  • Monitor and track project progress to ensure timely and successful completion
  • Highlight the significant of identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them effectively
  • Proactive problem solving and decision making to address challenges that may arise during project execution



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Solid experience with the following technologies: C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server
  • Understanding & Implementation of CRM System
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • 2+ years of experience in software development tool such as Jira, Bitbucket, or Github
  • Experience leading technical teams, working through complex requirements and offering relevant, timely technical solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; Must be able to communicate at a level appropriate to the audience (direct reports, peers, and senior management)
  • Excellent team building, negotiation and consensus building abilities
  • Ability to motivate and build high performance software development teams
