Systems Analyst

Summary

• Responsible for supporting the day-today technology used in the Retail locations. Responsible for escalating critical issues to management, training employees to utilize technology provided, resolve technical issues in a timely manner, and provide great customer service.

Role and Responsibilities

• Required to perform IT Service Desk functions such as troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolving issues with Windows/Mac Computers, Apple Tablets, Printers, Scanners, JAMF Pro, Google Workspace, Square POS Systems, and Hik-Vision Security Systems.
• Taking Ownership of incidents and requests resolving them to a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Providing exceptional communication with end users on the status of incident resolution.
• Utilizing Datto for remote device management when necessary to resolve PC issues.
• Provide communication and oversight to Retail/Operations management to complete maintenance of IT equipment.
• Training users in best practice usage of computer equipment and software in line with documentation and procedures.
• Back-up, migrate, and restore end user data.
• Assisting in the development and delivery of IT Infrastructure projects.
• Identify and mitigate potential areas of risk associated with IT security.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years Technical Support experience.
• Knowledge of network and client troubleshooting tools technical skills in a Google-based environment.
• Strong technical skills relating to mobile device platforms.
• Technical skill troubleshooting client wireless access.
• Effective communication.
• A+ Certification and/or Network+ Certification.
• Ability to listen and determine the best action to resolve issues quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and possesses the desire to serve others.
• Takes Initiative.
• Is a team player and works well with others.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Regularly required to sit and work on a computer and routinely uses standard office equipment.
• Frequently required to reach with hands and arms and talk or listen to others.
• Frequently requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the day.
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to pick up 75lbs.
