Innovative Driven is currently seeking a full-time eDiscovery Paralegal to support the busy in-house legal team at a major international corporation based in Jupiter, Florida This role is fully on-site, full-time, and will include the corporation's generous benefits package


The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Litigation Support, eDiscovery or as a Paralegal involved with assistance in all stages of discovery.


Job Description:

  • Assist in-house counsel in coordination and management of litigation matters and subpoena responses, consulting with in house counsel to determine needs and make recommendations on response timeline
  • Plan, schedule and implement electronic and paper collection and review of documents
  • Work with outside counsel to perform search term iterations for data culling and export
  • Maintain accurate and current records of all aspects of projects relating to tracking, specifications, and chain of custody
  • Review, select, categorize, organize and maintain documents
  • Assist in the preparation of answers to interrogatories, responses to other written discovery and document production
  • Manage subpoena responses


Required Skills:

  • Experience with matter management tools.
  • Experience with eDiscovery tools like Relativity.
  • Advanced knowledge of eDiscovery applications, discovery processes and technologies.
  • Experience with project management, organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines


Education/Qualifications:

  • At least three to five years of experience in litigation support, eDiscovery or as paralegal involved with case management, document collection, analysis, export and assistance with all stages of discovery
  • Minimum of two years of general paralegal experience
  • Bachelors degree required, will consider AA degree with commensurate experience
  • Paralegal and eDiscovery certification preferred
