The Encompass Group has partnered with a strong EMPLOYEE OWNED architecture firm in Benton Harbor to locate a solid and dynamic Project Architect to join the team. The firm sits firmly in the commercial space on important projects in sectors like government work and education.


Duties would include:

  1. Design Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop innovative and functional architectural designs tailored to meet commercial project requirements and objectives.
  2. Project Management: Oversee the execution of architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards while coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  3. Code Compliance and Regulation: Stay abreast of local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations to ensure all commercial designs are in compliance.


Qualifications:


  1. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  2. Proficiency in Revit is a must
  3. License preferred
