Young Transportation has been in business for over 80 years providing customized charters and tours to a wide variety of customers. Such as collegiate sports teams, elementary through high school groups, civic groups, corporate groups, and private events such as weddings and tours. Young operates 45' Motorcoaches, Mini-coaches, activity buses and luxury vans.


Young Transportation is hiring Motorcoach Operators/CDL Drivers with a Passenger Endorsement.

  • Part-Time or Full-Time opportunities.
  • Pay is $180-$400 per working day (After paid training of 4-6 weeks).
  • Weekly direct deposit pay with local and multi-day trips available.
  • Applicants must have a clean 10-year driving record and no criminal history on the background check.
  • Applicants may be required to have an FBI Fingerprint background check.


QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:


-Commercial Drivers License Class B with Passenger Endorsement & Air Brakes Restriction removed or CDL B Permit

-Basic Knowledge of Federal Dot Regulations

-Minimum 1-2 Years Commercial Driving Experience

-Minimum age 25

-No History of DUI/Impaired Driving Violations

-No more than one moving violation within the last 3 years

-Must meet DOT Physical Qualifications

-Must pass Pre-Employment Drug Test on the first try

-Must be willing to work irregular schedules

-Clean background check

-No more than 1 accident within the past 3 years


Benefits are available based on working a minimum of 30 hours a week:

401(k), 401(k) matching, Health insurance, Life insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid Training. Referral program, Uniform allowance.


*Recent graduates from a CDL School with a CDL with Passenger endorsement may be considered.


We do work for the Department of Defense and Department of Education. If the hiring process goes forward after the initial interview, all applicants will be required to pass a DOT Physical and Drug Screen at the company approved medical provider.
