What we’re looking for:

We are seeking an emerging architectural professional who will support the development, design, and construction of projects for private and non-profit clients. The ideal candidate is organized, competent, and able to work with moderate supervision. This would be an ideal job for someone who possesses a healthy curiosity, has completed architectural undergraduate studies and is looking to grow as a designer while gaining experience in real estate development.

In addition, we are building a center for social justice, education shop, and a resource center & transitional housing project that will serve the houseless. What we expect:

  • Produce feasibility studies, master plans, improvement plans, and similar publications;
  • Explore creative and innovative solutions through sketching, diagramming, rendering, and written language;
  • Draft design and construction drawings and specifications;
  • Build physical and digital models;
  • Conduct material research, procure samples, and prepare material boards;
  • Collaborate with, and assist colleagues, partners, and clients;
  • Engage our studio through presence, research, and collaborative worksessions; and
  • Performing other duties as assigned.


What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent in Architecture;
  • Real estate development interest or experience a plus;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate design ideas through accessible terms;
  • Ability to perform basic accounting tasks with a high degree of accuracy;
  • Relevant work experience;
  • Team player who supports, respects and helps other members of a small, tight-knit team;
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Design Suite with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • If using a personal vehicle for company use, must possess a current driver’s license and maintain vehicle insurance coverage in accordance with state law;
  • Physical ability to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull and lift heavy objects.
