A thriving and fast-growing health-conscious DTC organization has a newly created Inventory Manager opening they are looking to fill, based at their Dallas TX location. This role will oversee and manage finished goods inventory at the 3PL partner sites (multi-site network) and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to build collaborative network to develop cost-effective solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Report information, track and ensure optimized inventory levels across the distribution network
  • Address and proactively prevent inventory 'out of stocks'
  • Reduce excess inventory and maintain high service levels across all channels (Retail, DTC, Ecomm)
  • Collaborate with 3PL partners and improve performance and efficiencies
  • Improve and develop excess and obsolescence processes, making recommendations to prevent obsolescence inventory
  • Deliver VAS (value added services) and continuous improvement projects across the 3PL network


The successful candidate will ideally have:


  • Bachelor’s degree (ideally in an analytical subject)
  • 3+ years experience in Logistics, Distribution, or 3PL management
  • Inventory Optimization experience
  • Project Management experience
