Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Roof - Crew Lead at Jenkins Roofing Tampa, Inc in Miami, FL. The Solar Roof - Crew Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks of the solar roof installation crew. This includes coordinating with the team, managing the project timeline, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe work environment. The Solar Roof - Crew Lead will also be responsible for training and mentoring crew members, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Familiarity with Powerwall 3 install is a plus.


Qualifications

  • Experience with Tesla solar roof installation and roofing techniques, as well as electrical, PV wiring, and powerwall install
  • Leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and quality
  • Physical fitness and ability to work at heights
  • Valid driver's license
  • OSHA certification is a plus
