Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lean Consultant at Solutions Plus LLC located in Loma Linda, CA. As a Lean Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing a Lean Daily Management System and driving process improvement initiatives. Your day-to-day tasks will include observing and coaching managers and supervisors, identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions, and training team members on Leam 6 sigma principles and tools.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Lean methodologies and process improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in healthcare or manufacturing industry is a plus
